Fee Information:
Dog Registration fees are due on the first day of July EVERY year and are payable within thirty (30) days of the due date. Under the Dog Control Act, every dog over the age of six (6) months must be registered.
A registration application form is required and supplies are available from the Council Office or

Registering your dog before 5:00pm 31st July 2009 may attract a discounted fee. See table below or contact Council on (03) 6264 0300 for more information. Registering after this date attracts the full fee.

Owners seeking concessional registration (i.e. Sterilised, Greyhounds and Pensioners) may need to produce written evidence of eligibility as prescribed in the Dog Control Act.
In the case of Working Dogs, a demonstration of working stock may be required.
Breeders must produce a current Stud Prefix issued by the KCC.
