WATER METER UPDATE
The Huon Valley Council together with funding assistance from the Australian Government Water Fund - Community Water Grants Programme is in the process of installing water meters in Huonville. This project commenced in April 2007 and it is expected to be completed in June 2008. This approximately $600,000 project is expected to save the Huonville Water District up to 246,500 litres of water per year.
