Below, you will find links to information on making a representation and to other websites which may be of use, including The List (Land Information System Tasmania).  If you are uncertain as to the exact location of a property, the list allows you to search on the property address or certificate of title for its location.  You can also access a range of other information including satellite imagery.

The information included in each Adobe document does not include the associated planning application in its entirety.  The application forms and certificate of titles submitted to Council are not included.  Council at its discretion may not include other documents submitted to Council that may include personal information or other information.

How to make a representation

You have 14 days from the date the application was first advertised to lodge a representation with the Council (as per the public notice expiry date).

Representations may be made in writing addressed to the General Manager, PO Box 210, Huonville  TAS  7109, or hand delivered to Council Offices at 40 Main Street, Huonville. Note: Postal or hand delivered representations must be received prior to 5.00pm on the date of the public notice expiry date to be accepted.

Representations may also be made by electronic mail. Representations made by electronic mail must be received no later than 12 Midnight on the date of the public notice expiry date to be accepted and must be sent to hvc@huonvalley.tas.gov.au Representations sent by electronic mail to any other email address will not be accepted.

Late representations will not be considered.
