If any one Hall or Meeting Room is utilised more than once a week by the same user, the hire fee can be discounted by 25%.

Additional Charges for extra technical equipment, room set-up/breakdown and services (e.g cleaning) as assessed by the Hall Committee.
| Bonafide Community Groups | $10 per hour |
* When the venue is hired for the purpose of conducting classes that contribute to either the health and wellbeing of the community or are a non for profit organisation, the hirer may be charged under the Bonafide Community Groups rate. Council retains the right to determine what is to be classified as contributing to the health and wellbeing of the community.

Instances where application of the above fees upon a group would cause undue hardship such as to preclude the viability of conducting the event, may make a written application to the Manager Community Services on PO Box 210, Huonville 7109 for consideration of a reduction in the set fee.
