Council secured funding in 2018 to create a dynamic recreational space within the Huonville Recreation Ground.

Feedback from the community was supportive of the proposed design.  The Summary of Consultation can be downloaded here.

The final design was endorsed for implementation at the 27 September Council Meeting.

Funding was secured and Stage 1 of the project has been completed.  Stage 1 included the construction of a half size basketball court and the relocation and renewal of the playground equipment.

Stage 2 of the project will commence on securing funding.
